Leigh started her career in Advertising after completing her Humanities Degree with a specialisation in Organisational Psychology. With a keen interest in efficient, fast paced organisational processes and production deadline management, Leigh moved to London to direct a large team in the Corporate Publishing Industry, working at a Conde Nast WPP owned Company, with a focus on high volume FMCG Accounts producing monthly and quarterly magazines. Thereafter Leigh moved to Dubai to head up the Special Projects division of an International Motorsport World Cup, the A1 Grand Prix. With a keen eye for detail and the capacity to juggle many competing interests at any given time, Leigh managed and co-ordinated various worldwide territory launches for the Championship before moving back to SA in 2005 to get married and start a family. Leigh continued to work in the freelance advertising industry spearheading large retained accounts, including managing all their Through-the-line campaign launches, as an Account Director for Clients like Coca-Cola, Sun International, Revlon, Ford Motor Company & MTN, working at Top Agencies such as Ogilvy, TBWA/Hunt Lascaris, Grey Worldwide and Black River FC. In 2013 she moved into Sports Management and marketing services for GAS Sports who ran The National Superbike Series across 9 events around the country annually and required effective management and control of all driver related activities on and off the track.

Leigh’s work at Discover Digital centres on the administrative requirements of the business, including risk management, regulatory and reporting requirements, legal and HR matters along with general office management and oversight of the company’s administrative needs. Leigh previously headed up the project management and operational divisions of the business where she implemented software support systems and internal processes to streamline business operations and enable faster-to-market strategic objectives without compromising on quality. Leigh is formally trained in Project Management Fundamentals, is completing an LLB part-time and harbours an unbridled love for civil rights and social action. Leigh was a South African National Champion Gymnast who competed internationally for many years as part of the South African National Springbok Team. Leigh is fanatical about Health and Fitness, loves reading and travelling and is married with 3 young children.
